In 2000-2001 our team, working together with other developers, had the vision and creativity to turn 170 acres of former junk yard property into a 100,000 square foot shopping center, high-end housing development, health care facility, single use tenant sites, and others yet to come.

Our developments are primarily in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Our 50-plus years of combined real estate experience have given us resources for financing, site project selection and quality contacts.
