The Partners

Robert D. Gersten and Joseph H. Swolsky, owners of the Park West entities, are both residents of Toledo, Ohio.  They have a combined 50 years of experience in the real estate business specializing in master planning, site analysis, procurement of major tenants, site development, financial creativity and site design.

Both gentlemen cooperate in their areas of expertise to structure guidelines for proposals, economics of a transaction and financial planning.  At present, the partners have interests in over 30 retail and residential properties totalling over 2,000,000 square feet.

Bob Gersten has an MBA from Washington University and Joe Swolsky earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Toledo.

Park West Realty is headed by Michael Scannell, Managing Broker.  He has a degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University and has extensive expertise in site acquisition, retail sales and leasing, investment analysis and property development.
